Evan are they reintroducing Nyclads?

I googled a bit all I saw was practice ammo they are calling Syntec, which looks like it could be same coating but only ball ammo mentioned that I saw.

Is the Syntech defense line the stuff your looking for?

If that’s what their calling it I see it listed on Midway as out of stock but backorder okay.

But suspect you’ve probably got better/quicker resources than that.

I'm always looking for .38 special standard pressure to help my rapidly shrinking limited supply. I don't think it's coming back for 38 snubbie.

Be honest, fair, and always prepared...

Seen the Federal Syntec "Ball" ammo on sale at Gulf States Distributors, the local Police Supply in Montgomery, AL. Have seen one ad in a gun mag for a HP version of similar product but nothing in real life yet. Will advise.

From what I saw on Federals website it is a bullet that breaks into 3 parts. With the 4th continuing as a small wadcutter. Not exactly a hollowpoint like the original Nyclad more like the R.I.P. round with prescored petals and a small wadcutter I wonder just how effective they might be.

Went to the local Cabella's yesterday with my grandson, DJW, looking for the Federal load. No joy, but got some Rem .38 range ammo for the wife.
