Does it expand/fragment quicker than m193? Or is it one of those hollowpoint in name only?

Since it is a flat base 50 grain bullet, the hollow point is probably designed to enhance terminal ballistics rather than exterior ballistics. The bullet designs which use a hollow point to enhance exterior ballistics tend to be heavier and have boat tail designs.
