Hi, I was at the range yesterday and a shooter was attempting to adjust his MN front sight. The standard AK/SKS elevation tool did not fit the small hole in the top of the front sight hood. So what's up is it adjustable? Is there a special tool? Regards, Mike

The ft sight on the M-N is not adjustable for elevation. Smith Sights makes one that is. Or one can slip a piece of heat shrink tubing for #12 (IIRC) over the post, cut it and shrink. Or the post can be driven out (after removal), the hole drilled out, and a set screw drilled and tapped. Forums © 2002-16, Inc. Go To Top Of Page
