Posted - November 27 2017 : 4:59:44 PM I don't remember who here introduced me to Underwood Ammo some time back, but I want to express my appreciation. Just ordered a couple boxes each of .38, .44Spl, and .45 Colt--the .38 and .44 as potential carry loads, the .45 as pig'n'deer poppers. I've used the .45 a couple times on pigs, and they hated it to death. With their prices, and just over $7 for shipping, I'm going home tonight a happy shopper--even if I did do it on Cyber Monday. So whoever it was, thanks! Ace

Posted - November 29 2017 : 07:43:36 AM I really like their loads but am disappointed that they seem to have dropped most of the 50 round boxes.
Used to be, while they were in West Virginia that their 50 round boxes were on par with Buffalo Bore's 20 round boxes for price and they use the same cast bullets.
Since the move to IL they seem to only offer most loads in 20 round boxes.
Still, good ammo. I talked to them on the phone once, real nice people.

Posted - November 28 2017 : 02:13:54 AM My first order of Underwood ammo came in last week. I purchased some of their 200gr .40 ammo , some 45 will be next. Chrono time over the weekend showed 975fps for the 200 gr .40 ammo.
